Elegant, Vintage Crocheted Beige 1950’s Wiggle Dress

Beautiful vintage dress featuring intricate lace design. Perfect for special occasions. The dress was made with a taupe coloured yarn with metallic thread throughout. The camera cannot capture the glisten well enough to show the shimmer of this dress. Measurements: 43 1/2 “ shoulder to hemline, pit to pit is 18” laid flat, waist is 16” laid flat (measured satin lining), hip is 18” laid flat. Fully lined and tapered to be form fitting. Lining has room for slight alterations and crochet shell has some give. Note: one small area of damage that will need to be repaired in the crochet work; piece just needs to be stitched back together; thread not missing. As photographed. Beautiful, beautiful dress.
