Vintage 1970s Royal Blue and White Lace Maxi Dress. This gives me a bit of medieval revival with its puff shoulders and empire waist. Bright royal blue heavier weight fabric that is typical for this period (polyester?). Deep scoop neckline. Zipper back.
No tags of any kind. This looks to have been handmade and was done well. Fits my modern size 2-4 mannequin well but please review measurements.
