Hard centre (plastic?). Fuzzy outer covering (Glued?). Slightly bristle-y. Lightweight. New vintage. C. 1970s. Costume gold tone chain. Might make a nice purse charm rather than a necklace! Rare find! I think I remember fuzzy white ghosts and fuzzy orange pumpkins in the collection but I haven’t found them yet. Note: he has an extra bit of fuzz and plastic that looks like a pointy beard. Manufacturer’s defect or extra beard character! 🧔‍♂️
