These pants are new with tags, but they have been altered. They were too big for my waist so I took them to a tailor, but, sadly, they still don’t work for my shape. The waist was taken in a few inches and is now 30” (15” flat) and very stretchy. It seems like that could be reversed very easily if you wanted. Hips are very loose at 52” (26” flat). They’re high-waisted and very comfy.
