One of a kind luxe minimalist couture-be totally unique! This stunning but not flashy red dress is from designer Felicia Farrar, a New York City based designer who outfitted many celebrities for red carpet events in the 90s and early 2000’s. It’s a beautiful structured red top, with a simple elegant twist at the strap/sleeve, and a crisp curved neckline. A small waist and dramatic flared bottom keep it simple and chic. I never got to wear this, and I think it’s a shame to keep it locked away-I really don’t think I’ll get out soon to wear it.
