@shanna_miller I’m a medium and it fits perfect. It is a flowy style because it does not come with a belt. I actually wear it with a leather belt and it looks adorable. I’m not sure how it would fit on a small. You could probably pull it off if you wear it with a belt. Just depends on your preference. 😊👍🏼
