VINTAGE > Heart Button Skirt

I found this in a thrift store and i wish it worked for me!! It’s so cute. A-line read skirt with functioning buttons shaped like hearts down the front. Has pockets and elastic at sides for comfy wear. There is no size tag in it, so please see measurements. The hem stitches are apparent - they aren’t broken, just noticeable.
