In Norse Mythology, the Valkyries are fierce warrior maidens riding on horses through the skies over battlefields. They swoop down and take their pick of fallen men. They free the bodies of the valiant dead to Valhalla to spend eternity with Odin, waiting for Ragnarok. Whether you're a fan of Norse Mythology or just a fierce warrior yourself, this Gothic style bib necklace is for you! This necklace features links chainmail reminiscent of armor joined together to form a unique bib necklace with draping silver cable chains. A silver winged sword pendant dangles from its center, overlapped by a silver goddess symbol charm. To each side there is a silver galloping horse charm and a silver sword pendant, followed by a silver cloud charm. This necklace has been newly handmade just for you, and unlike the other Ride of the Valkyries necklaces I offer, this one fits more loosely as a draping collar necklace rather than a choker. It is adjustable from 16.5 to 24.5 inches long (can be made shorter or longer upon request). Love handmade Gothic jewelry or jewelry based on mythology?
