kirajayde @shuffles805 these dresses are a bit difficult to measure for people since they have a ruched top and an empire waist. However, I will do my best to explain as I go. Straps are adjustable, top is stretchy (ruched), unstretched pit to pit 13", stretched pit to pit 25", top is 9" in length, empire waist at it's smallest (right under bust) is 23" across (46" around), total length from top to bottom (not including straps) 46", skirt length right under bust to bottom is 37".
