nallelyh2 Hello Danny I'm a little confused about the sizing. Does a size 40R correspond to a size 36 in pants and approximately an XL in a jacket?

dannytipton958 @nallelyh2 It belongs to my son. He’s 6’ tall and about 180 lbs. pretty broad shoulders. That’s the sizes on the coat. The funny thing is in regular jeans he wears 30”. The tailor said dress pants run different.
