sheenaderrick96 @chicboutiquexo OK so I measured the shoulders, and they are measuring between 16.5"-17". That's measuring how it sits naturally. No stretching. The dress is an XS . I'm about 5'6 145 lbs, but I have very petite shoulders. The dress is too small for me. I hope this is helpful.
