This is a Mr. Potato Head Dog Costume. It is a size medium and comes with a step-in shirt with attached arms & a pull-string hat. This was an adorable addition to our Toy Story crew. It's not a family group costume without the dog! Ironically, we lost the hat trick-or-treating, as the actual Mr. Potato Head would do, but luckily we found it walking back! Cute & convenient!
