Feather Straps Black Party Gown

Chic gorgeous black dress by Fashion Nova with massive tulle layered skirt. Princess neckline framed by genuine feathers. Layered skirt has additional underskirt for volume. There is leotard style lining. Worn one time. In great condition. I was double checking skirt for any damage, but couldn’t find anything. There is so much going on in that skirt, lol. Chest side to side is 19” Waist side to side is 16” Dress length is approximately 54”
