Strasburg Green Dress Cotton Velvet Organza Collar Satin Sash Size 5 NWT

This Little Dress is a Vintage by Strasburg- Extraordinary! The dress hasn't been produced in decades, making it a Special RARE find!! The dress is done in a beautiful Emerald Green Hue and is made of 100% Cotton Velvet. The collar is the star of this dress. An oversized pointe collar is done in white organza and has a white satin piping trim. A hand-shadow embroidered red ribbon adorns the collar from front to back. Red floral stems with white star snowflakes adorn the rest of the collar. The short sleeves have a matching velvet band with a single button closure done in round red pearlized buttons. The back has an upper button closure with matching round red pearlized buttons. A white satin sash ties into a bow in the back with streamers flowing down the skirt.
