saramedlin @mrmory82 Hello, I'm so sorry for taking so long to respond. Thank you for asking questions because I definitely was wrong with my measurements. The chest measurements are 44" and the sleeves are 33". The sleeves might of been shortened, but there are 2" extra" if you need to lengthen them. I had my husband try this on, and it's definitely not a 46, it would be the size that is on the tag. Sorry for the confusion.
