@rmcmc no one here smokes. Inside or outside of the house. Holes are at the corners of the bag and u can see it from the pictures. I can upload all 4 corners if you want to see it closer. But besides the corners there’s no holes. I believe it is size medium. At least from similar online listings

From the zipper to the base is about 10 inches
