Yvette, the flat bust measurement is 46, and the waist, which is stretch elastic for a flattering fit, is 44 inches or larger. The dress also features a sash around the waist, which can be tied in the back or left untied. The fabric is Stretch Velvet, which gives the dress more "give." It is beautiful and very comfortable.
