Hi, is it possible to measure the insole length or the bottom of the shoe’s length please? I’ve never worn this brand and there’s no way to return. Thank you!

@sharicee They measure exactly 24 cm in length X 8 cm width or 9 1/4 inches and 3/14 wide. I updated the pics to show the length measurements. Also, I don’t dispute returns but I know the return system can be difficult. I hope this helps😘
