Are these as tight as a legging or can they be worn as a dress pants. I’m a size 2 about 110 lbs. Do you think they will fit me?

@ontherun2kids Hii.. they can be worn dressy. Not a legging. When I say too tight I have put weight on. So I can’t wear them anymore.. if you think they will lay loose like a dress pant no. They will be fitted.
