Hi are these waterproof? How high are they?

@cdylu_2287 Everywhere I'm seeing on the internet are showing they are waterproof. I cannot find the manufacturer official page but im sure if I found it, it would say water proof. from the floor too top of boot it's showing to be about 10" high total. I believe soles are about an inch in height
