Only worn once. Super cute customized by me with screw on spikes. I've done this to plenty of my shoes and they do not come off. The only ones you would have to pop back on from time to time are the ones on the strap that you put behind your heel because they aren't screwed on they're just popped into the holes. I will include extra spikes for those just in case.
