Length=Approximately 42” Waist this is harder to answer, your waist when you wear this dress will be lower than the belt in the photo depicting a waistline with the belt. The skirt is not restrictive from a waist perspective. Where the waist would fall for you would be dependent on your height. I hope this helps!
