Are the measurements in the photo for the xs, s or medium?

Hi @tgrady1! Thanks for reaching out! The measurements in the photo are just for reference, related specifically to the mannequin. I'm happy to grab measurements for Small, here they are:
Pit-to-Pit: 24"
Hips: 24"
Shoulder to hem: 35"

I’m a size 6 but hips measure 21. Which size do you think would work for me? The photo shows that the bottom doesn’t line up. Are these defects or is not buttoned up correctly?

@tgrady1, it depends on how you'd like it to fit. The small would would be a good choice if you don't want it to be too oversized. The medium would be good if you're looking for a more oversized feel. It has slight strech to it, but not too much. I can grab the medium measurements this afternoon if you'd like?
In the photo the item wasn't completely buttoned; everything lines up and looks great.
