Southwest / Frank Harvey era style cuff. Large domed center concho set on a 5 part split shank. All over stamping of weather/celestial symbols - star, thunderbird, lightning, sun and clouds. Does not test positive for Sterling. No maker mark Approx 2.5” across with 1.5” opening. I’d guess the best fit would be a 7.5 Has very little give, but you could still make some small adjustments

sposhshops @bettygor Not without some sort of jeweler intervention I expect! It’s very stiff and springy.
