pham_truc Hello it’s about 8.56 inch long. The watch is new so there is a tiny silicone attached to the crown to keep it from moving. I may have to remove that piece to check if it works so would that be okay to you

dawnsantander70 @pham_truc Can you remove the battery that’s in there I don’t need it and post a picture of it so that I can see the number of the battery so I can purchase the battery unless the number of the battery is in the box or on the back of the watch if you can check so I know which one to buy hopefully it’s just the battery it’s new so obviously there shouldn’t be anything wrong with it I’m hoping it’s just the battery

dawnsantander70 @pham_truc just go ahead and you can take the old battery out since I won’t need it, on the back of the watch it should say the battery information and stuff can you make sure it’s there and add a picture of it so I can see it so I can buy a new one and there’s no damage inside the watch from the battery being in there for a long time since you bought it
