Vintage Floral Necklace Marked Sterling with Marcasite Accents 17 Inch

Beautiful vintage floral necklace marked “STERLING” on the back and accented with marcasite stones. Necklace measures approximately 17 inches long and each flower is about 15.5 mm. This necklace dates to the 1940s–1950s era when marcasite floral patterns were popular in both fine and costume jewelry. NOTE: It does magnetize, suggesting it may be a silver-plated or mixed-metal piece rather than solid sterling. Lovely craftsmanship with Art Deco revival styling. Clasp works properly and overall condition is very good with light normal wear.
