Are these hard wired or does they plug into the wall? It looks like the end of one has been cut.

@polly5564 Hi, I bought it a while ago and only used them on the wall as decoration. I don't know why they cut it, but I think someone who knows what they're doing would know how to connect it. They are very pretty and cute.

@polly5564 Hi, reviewing the Sconces, I saw that it seems to be a plug-in type... but the wiring is cut. You can see on the back that it has a thing for hanging... it's probably for a wall. Someone who understands electricity will be able to connect a wire to make a plug-in and it can be used in an outlet.
