@emr445 Hi! These are a great fit for an 8.5 because they don't come in half sizes, so the 9 provides that extra bit of comfortable length. The footbed is naturally wide and the straps have some give, so they work very well for wide-ish feet. Hope that helps! I will update listing with approx measurements of shoe too! Thank you!
