The top features, beautiful pleats going down each side of the top and actually flaunts at the bottom. I tried to show in some of the photos the buttons are functioning and the top has no shoulder pads. The best measures 26 inches and the length measures 26.5 inches. The top has a pretty almost Peter Pan looking collar to it. The skirt is totally elastic waistband with a side zipper on the left and it has a slit in the back the waist measures 17.5 inches unstretched and the length measures 27 inches There isn’t much stretch to this dress has a beautiful print nice for all seasons Bin M
