This is a really cute navy blue dress in a classic strappy style. The soft cotton fabric is almost sheer, but the dress is completely lined with the same fabric. The straps & string belt are black. The thin belt is nearly 5 yards long, so it can be wrapped in many creative ways to make the dress look & fit like you want. This is in excellent previously owned condition.
