Hey! I’ve used the mask the last 2 nights it’s shutting off after a few seconds. I’ve left it charging all day. Did you have issues with it? Not sure what to do

@quartney I never had issues with it! I did only use it like 4x though which is why I sold it. It does have a timer built in though! Could that be what's happening?

When i hold down the button to turn it on it turns on then immediately turns right back off. It worked fine Saturday and Sunday 😭

@quartney that is so weird! This is what I found: • The small handheld controller that powers the mask can occasionally malfunction or need a reset.
• Try holding down the power button for 15 seconds to reset it.
• Then plug it in and charge again before turning it on.
