Anthropologie Blue Midi Length A-Line Dress with Flutter Sleeves and a Tie Back

Nobody’s Child brand, purchased at Anthropologie. US Size 8, never been worn. Lightweight, a-line midi length skirt with a gathered chest and flutter sleeves. Ties in a bow at back with an invisible zipper and hook and eye at back waist. Slit on left side of skirt up to about knee length. More of a cornflower blue than photos show, see last picture.
