delorianm @sydaly1 They are authentic, I purchased them about a year and a half ago. And no, the case works fine just have to make sure the charging spots are all clean. My friend and husband both have the same issues with their pairs.

queenofboho I read that the clarity for calls is not that great. Do you find that to be true. Also are the comfortable on the ear? I read they hurt after a while. May I ask how old they are? Ty

delorianm @queenofboho Honestly I’ve never placed a call on them so I’m not certain. And I’ve never had that, I’ve worn them for runs 6+ miles and couldn’t tell they were there. And they were purchased June 2024
