Dress pants - size medium. True to size. Waist is very stretchy. Belt that can tie to tighten. Bought from Tj Maxx. There is one spot where it has slight pilling on the right front thigh - not noticeable unless really up close and looking for it. Priced to reflect. Otherwise I wore these once for an interview.
