Comes packed in a tin container with a screw top lid. MELT WARNING: This product was made to melt on contact with skin which means it also melts easily in warmer weather. I do ship with an ice pack to help keep it from melting in transit. How To Use: Melt the bar directly onto dry skin and massage the oils and butters in. What is a lotion bar? These are solid at room temperature like a bar of soap, but when rubbed on the skin, a tiny amount melts and is transferred to the skin, leaving a highly moisturizing and very thin layer. Why menthol?: It acts as a counter-irritant by imparting a cooling effect and by initially stimulating nociceptors and then desensitizing them Why arnica? Arnica has been used to soothe muscle aches, reduce inflammation, and heal wounds. It is commonly used for injuries, such as sprains and bruises. Why peppermint? The natural menthol and menthone found in peppermint oil can help reduce inflammation in overworked or sore muscles
