This gorgeous red, navy blue and green tartan plaid Long skirt is a true wrap. Flat in the front and fully pleated in the back. The side hem has raw fringe. Skirt has an interior Velcro closure and two leather tabbed side buckles. the waist has no stretch but there could be room for adjustment in the waist if you had a good tailor. 100% wool With no liner. Waist measures approximately 14 inches. Length measures approximately 31 inches in the front and 32 inches in the back.
