The fabric is slightly more substantive than your typical chino, but that's because of the fabric weave, which I think is one of the more appealing qualities of these pants. These pants are obviously designed for nicer casual events of business casual, but I tell you, this fabric would stand up to much rougher wear. Either way, they're a super nice looking pair of pants.
