Hi , I'll give you a few measurements it's about 48" to 50" from armpit to armpit pit . I'd says M/L for sizing . I'd say if someone was a medium it runs large . I think it would work for you but obviously I don't know for sure . It's really a beautiful sweater . I hope that helps.
