This is a Vintage 1950s-1960s Red White Coated Wicker Top Handle Structured Handbag! Seems to be quite rare; I couldn’t find any others listed. Very good condition- only minor flaws I noticed were some faint scuffs on the gold hardware and it looked like the head of one of the screws holding the handle together might be missing- doesn’t affect use. See last photo. Measures approximately 8x10x3 inches with approximately 4 inches handle drop.
