The adjustable belt allows for a generous sizing difference in the waist. The most restrictive part for width sizing would either be at the thigh or where it snaps at the ankle. I don't think it would fit if the circumference of either thigh at the top was more than 22". I think it would be most appropriate for someone perhaps around 5'4 or so, I don't think it would work for someone over 5'6 or less than 5'2.
