I have many dresses by this brand and it’s not labeled by small medium large. It is labeled by 0 2 4 6 etc. So what size would this dress be?

@salwashaieb Hi This is between a 2 4 US size or 40 IT, I had tailored for my son's wedding and I'm 5'5 -125 lbs. I'll post pics of wedding, its a gorgeous dress. I have other Chiara Boni's and love this one!
