Are they size 9 for women?

@celidagloria Yes they are women’s size, I bought them in November and love them but had foot Surgery in December and off feet for 3 months, so can’t where them this season. My daughter wanted me to give the to her for Christmas. I just need to recoup some money back since I’m not working.
