The design is a hand-painted depiction of a 17th-century folkloric scene featuring forests, castles, and animals. In great condition with no cracks or chips. You will see in the last photo that the platter has a slight lean to it. Appears to have been made this way on purpose. Measures approximately 12" across and 3.5" high.
