Metal Paper Towel Holder - Vintage - Decorative

Decorative Vintage Metal Paper Towel Holder Overall, the Paper Towel Holder is in good condition but has a few areas that appear to have collected a little bit of rust. It's not really noticeable especially when there is a roll of paper towels on it. A light sanding may possibly remove it or possibly give it a coat of Rust-Oleum spray paint.
