Floral Mod Long Sleeve Dress - Sz Small

Selling this adorable 'Mod' 70's style long sleeve floral dress. Bright yellow, orange, green and turquoise. In good used condition - tassels are a bit frayed (see pic). Size small but I feel like fits more like a medium. Purchased from a boutique - brand on tag is 'Layerz'
