18" x 15" I think this thick frame is pretty cool, maybe worth taking apart as the artwork is cracked. It's by an Austrian artist E. Neuhold. he was born in early 1900s and painted European landscapes There's signs of wear and aging on this piece. From the attic of my late grandparents house. Don't know much else
