“The One Harrison Label
These next two tags I am uncertain about. The
"One Harrison" label likely came first. It retains the Travel and Safari subheading. BR had moved its offices to One Harrison Street in San Francisco in the late 80's. It's doubtful that anything ordered from the catalog in, say, 1988-89, would have had this label in it. BANANA REPUBLIC “
This Vintage Banana Republic Jacket is a stylish and classic piece for any man's wardrobe. Made of leather with a knit fabric lining, this bomber jacket features a full zip closure, pointed collar, and multiple pockets for added functionality. Perfect for travel or casual occasions, this jacket is versatile and can be worn in various seasons such as winter, fall, or spring. The retro 90s style, solid black color, and relaxed fit make it a timeless piece that can be dressed up or down for any occasion.
The leather is super soft and supple.
For being 40ish years old the jacket is in amazing condition. Small discoloration on left sleeve, and bottom half of snap needs to be replaced on right collar (both areas shown in last 2 photos).
