are these waterproof and insulated? What would you say is the average temperature of these would be good in with the thermals?

@maddiolson74 yes these are insulated and waterproof.
I’m not an expert in ski pants temps, but I wore these at ski races standing out in cold Michigan weather. 30 degrees-0.
I did wear a base layer underneath as well for extra warmth
