I think this would work for a small/med because of the smocking and straps but please compare measurements. Approx measurements laying flat- Pit to pit- 15.5" Waist- 17" Length- 38" in the front 40.5 in the back Flaw- Some loose threads here and there. Some of the elastic on the back smocked area has come loose. No holes or stains.
