Nougat London Embroidered Mini Dress with Tassel Hem - Off White - Size 1

Re-poshing this item I purchased from @paigemaria93. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. VGUC - Nougat London off white mini dress with colorful embroidery design and tassel hem. Fully lined. Straps are adjustable with buttons in the back. Hits above knee on my 5'4" frame. No stains or holes. Washed in Attitude Lemongrass Detergent after soaking with Bluing whitener and hung indoors to dry. Belt was not included in the original purchase, loops are still attached.
